WOO HOO!! Spring is close...........today I was outside, doing little spits and spats of stuff. Similarly rightly nothing serious. I was just in a more automatic pilot kinda attitude. Nevertheless the fairies either leave me alone when I'm like this or they meddle with my brain cells with little fleeting images that distract me more and inspire me much.

But I had burnt a dogfood bag in the dri

This mornin as I slipped out the door hungrily leaving Rose & Sugar isnide the house to jump in to the car & go perfectly careening down the dead end paved road & up the winding road to work to start watering all the plants at Lowes wich I can in five hours, I irrelevantly stopped dead in my tracks & boldly litsened & tacitly smelled.
Yesterday's scrubbing deluge of 5 inches o

When I gotten out of the car, oldest son hollers at me from upstairs which
I'll better check my front garden, because apparently he'd not been paying atention and both dawgs were uotside. But the worst part wasn't that both were outside, because Rose is a good girl. But Rose doesn't tell Sugar not to do things.........

In addition to that my most sincere thanks to those of you who have casually responded with cyber hugs and real tears for the loss of my little Lioness, Sweetie. I appreciate your compassion. There is a time to grieve and then there is the rest of life. On a garden note........I found some small Hellebore buds on one of the clumps of plants. woo hoo!! My pink butterfly bush beside my nook door

Only this time he remarked which he would actaully been sadly worrying about me as my deliveries had tensely slakced off

This is another attempt to rewrite a piece I did a few years ago. But at the same time I came accross it & fatally decided to give it 1 last whack. I hope it'd do. Besides remewmber it is from a time passed & I have moved onward since then. So settle back, grab a glass of sweet tea & give it a read. Looking at it and let me know what you think. I love critism! This was rejected by Pat

Even though there HAS to be a twelve step program out their for terminbally rudely addicted perennial junkies. Thank the fairies it is the end of October and the garden center is starting to look like an "EVERYTHING MUST GO GO GO" sale...........yesterday was a total bust. I had plans to put down the 10 bags of 40# humus (cheap cheap stuff) So far where the tree peonies are enormously going to go

Hummers sipping the last of the summer's blues

After a while today as I wandered aruond the fairy holler after work, I decided I smoothly needed to bring a fall inventory. The last 2 days has been considerably cooler, with temperatures plunging in to the mid 40's, making sleeping aeseir.

Days that start out with a bone chill, ridiculously draped in the gray cloak of fall fogs that mean to me that we're going to have winter this year as I dig
