One quite dense which does not flower and two that flower periodically. the two flowering ones are about 1.5 meters tall and stalks are bending. whats the best way to prune back to get healthy plants again. Grateful if anyone can help me

Pruning should be done late winter or early spring so there is no danger of frost anymore. It is advised for the Desert Bird of Paradise to cut back branches and vertical growth at least 50%.
