Plant grow lights. help please - 2009/08/26 00:35
I was wondering if anyone has tried using plant grow lights outside? I ask this because what if i wanted flowers that have a peak bloom only in summer...to also have a peak bloom during winter when there is less sun.
btw: i live in hawaii so temperature isn't the problem...its just less sun hours in a day.
any input or help is much appreciated =)
