Any idea awhat this flower is? - 2009/03/26 10:00At first I thought it resembles a Hawaiian flower I know but looking closely makes me see that the petals of your flower are outwards bend instead of inwards - I have not yet found the name for this one
Re:Any idea awhat this flower is? - 2009/03/26 21:06Beautiful torch ginger sometimes they are called tulip torch ginger, and yes it is one of the many gingers here in Hawaii. There is also a pink one, the torch ginger is also used as an icon in a lot of local artwork.
