Hi, and welcome. Sorry that you are having problems with your plant.
My first guess would be that your Strelitzia may be suffering from the drier conditions inside your home.
These plants are suited to conditions with very high levels of ambient humidity (think tropical rain forest ), and the air inside our homes in winter is more like the dry air in a desert. Also, they need a reliable schedule of watering, keeping the potting medium just moist.
On the other hand another possibility could be over-watering - your plant will not do well if it's soil is too soppy wet, as that can cause the roots to rot,
Ironically, the foliage can show the same symptoms as a result of getting too much OR too little moisture. Either way, the roots become damaged, and without a healthy root system, the plant suffers from "thirst".
