Hi Zwaluw, *waves* it's great to see you!
This is Eichhornia crassipes (most commonly called Water Hyacinth in my part of the world). As beautiful as the flowers are, it is a plant that multiplies very rapidly in warm climates, and it has become extremely invasive and destructive in the warm waterways of the southeastern US - so much so that it is outlawed (even in private ponds) in some areas because it invades and destroys the habitat of native species (animals as well as plants) and clogs the waterways to the point of making them impassible. 
Where I live, it is not winter hardy - so, at least at this time, it is not considered to be as great of a threat. Climate changes may prove that thinking to be wrong.
