I don't want you to think that I'm ignoring your question, but I have to admit that you have me stumped. 
I was doing some searching and I was able to find a couple of other photos of the same flowers taken at the Dublin Botanic Garden, but unfortunately, there was no hint as to the identity of this very beautiful flower.
I'll keep my eyes open, and if I figure out the answer to this mystery, I promise that I'll post it here.
The only other suggestion I have for you is to email your photo to the Botanic Garden (if you can) and maybe they will be kind enough to reply.
