Help please~ not sure what they are... - 2010/04/05 09:09 Hi! I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me with identifying these plants..


(plant above)This plant does not grow very tall. It has many white flowers. Blooms throughout the year. Grows well in slightly acidic soil. Grown in full sunlight.


This flower only blooms in the morning. It closes when the day gets too hot. It does not grow very tall either. One coloured flower. =)

I'm sorry to say that I don't immediately recognize the white-flowering plant in your first photo. It looks lovely, but the detail in the photo is difficult to discern.

the second one (with blue flowers) is Evolvulus glomeratus (commonly called Blue Daze), you may find the info here helpful:

Closing it's flowers in the heat of the day is natural for this one, it is part of the morning glory family.
