Hi, and welcome.
I also added an ID comment to the photo that you added to the forum photo gallery.
With the addition of this photo, which shows more detail, I feel that I am correct in IDing this as Hibiscus acetosella. It's a really nice plant for it's burgundy foliage, and the flowers are merely incidental ( IMO) - I grow a cultivar named 'Haight Ashbury' which has varigation in the foliage, giving it a sort of tie-dyed effect:
