 Hi, and welcome.
This is a Cyclamen plant ... probably Cyclamen persicum,
which is commonly sold as a "florist-type" houseplant.
It is usually a short-lived housplant and is notoriously difficult to get to rebloom.
It needs cool temperatures to flourish,
and if you can provide conditions that it likes, it may bloom all winter.
