This is an Epiphyllum flower, possibly a species,
such as Epiphyllum ackermanii
but there are MANY named hybrids,
and this may be one of them.

Epiphyllums are sometimes called "Orchid Cactus"
(I don't know why the flowers look NOTHING like Orchids).
