I hope this link works... I do know the plant has a a vine like base. It also has what looks like ball chains where the flowers hang from and and pink buds and green heart shaped leaves.

On Saturday I was at the Bishop Museum in Hawaii. I found "Alba" along with the jade vine and thought it was a lovely combo. In this photo it shows both flowers.
